OFFER OR PRESENTATION OF EVIDENCE Starts with Direct Examination of witness (examination in chief) State the: Purpose of the offer of evidence; Purpose for which the evidence is presented

REALITY CHECK Where a case is decided on the basis of the evidence duly presented and admitted by the court, a case is won or lost depending on how well or badly you conduct the direct examination
