Human resource studies submit the need for employees to behave sensibly at their working stations not only to attract respect and appreciation from colleagues and superiors but also to foster a work culture that is healthy (Wilcox, Cameron, & Reber, 2015). However, scholars of the human resource have also reiterated that employee behaviors are inspired by a myriad of factors therein the work environment.

HUMAN RELATIONS AT WORK 2 Leadership Leaders and managers are known to have a significant bearing on the general conduct of their subordinates or subjects. It is incumbent upon leaders to inform the direction to which team members are supposed to move. Credible research on the topic of human behavior at work place has found that employees are less motivated to attend work in the event they have a strict superior or boss. In some instances, when employees lack intrinsic motivation and respect for their bosses, they are bound to hand in compromised work or tend not to meet set deadlines in rebellion. It is therefore important that a leader positions himself or herself as a source of strength and inspiration for their respective subordinates. It makes the employees feel appreciated and important. Work culture The aspect of work culture plays a vital role in inspiring employee behavior. For them to concentrate and deliver to their maximum abilities, there is a need for employees to feel comfortable. A work tradition that is based on cooperation and consultation between team members is not only fun but also reliable (Cozolino, 2014). Human relations underscore the importance of employees working in teams rather than individually as a person who works alone is bound to be frustrated as a result. Additionally, a work ethic that stresses the need for effective and proper communication has a long term impacts on the human resource. Through interactions
