In a workgroup, the team could be made up offour to six members, since in a compact group the communication between its members flowseasily and the potential of each one can be used to a greater extent.Definition of objectives and roles. It is essential to clearly identify the needs and roles to becovered, as well as the objectives that are expected from each of these roles. The objectives mustbe real and not too ambitious, because if they are broken, the spirit of the team would befrustrated.Selection of members. In order to select the people with the most adequate skills to form theteam, the competences required to satisfactorily perform the roles that were defined must firstbe identified. Keep in mind that each person has talents and abilities that, if well channeled, willenhance the work of the group. When integrating our team, we must choose, as far as possible, the members that are different from each other, but that there is compatibility. Finally, establish a common vision and generate commitments.A team that shares a vision, focuses and builds confidence, knows where it is going and why it should get there. On the otherhand, most of the committed people fulfill the agreed upon and strive to achieve it, this is not thecase with the people under pressure, they act with fear of failure. It is very helpful that once the team is put into action, regular meetings are organized to learnabout the progress and experiences of each of the members.2.To help incorporate and prioritize your tasks in a work schedule I would use:A plan in advance all activities and problems that arise.hold constant meetings to evaluate positive things and things to improve.Use the same planner to plan your personal life and business life.Divide large tasks into smaller ones Chores.Review homework once or twice a day and monitor the progress made.
3.a)INTERRUPTIONS/DISTRACTIONS:How would we handle this point? To avoid interruptions ordistractions, we should have a good work environment where we can concentrate and avoidinterruptions of all kinds.
