adaptable and independent.
a)
Identify your strengths and how they will make you an excellent coach
As a perception based coach I am, global, independent, change orientated, and adaptable.
This would cause me to become bored by routine and hardly ever do the same thing regularly.
Thus, I would function in a flexible and unplanned way by considering and adapting to the team
by allowing options to be available. This would let me stay open to the input of additional
information which would aid in the primary function of directing and accompanying the team in
different environments. Hence, allowing me to be active in the guiding of practice and allow
usage of applicable knowledge. This will allow me to receive an individual’s input and make the
necessary changes to increase the experience, gaining of competence and learning in all of the
individuals I coach.
