UNIT II SCHOLARLY ACTIVITY2Research ObjectivesIn an attempt to identify and address areas of concerns regarding health and safety within the company, there are a number of issues which will need to be addressed and answered. This study will provide a strong foundation to better understanding the health and safety shortcomingswithin in the company and aid in identifying the steps necessary to improve the safety policies and procedures moving forward. Proper identification will allow for the proper implementation of a new and improved health and safety program, and ensure investments are being properly disbursed for the problem areas, as well as to the proper lines of investment.RO1: Determine the relationship, if any, between particulate matter size and employee health.RO2: Identify whether there is an impact of safety training on lost-time hours.RO3: Identify the most efficient hearing protection for all work environments.RO4: Determine effectiveness of new employee training program.
