THE HATE YOU GIVE 3 The Hate You Give The social problem in “The Hate You Give” is shows discrimination and privileges. It shows you how injustices the systems it really is. The movie is about a girl name Starr who found her voice for injustice system after witnessing the fatal shooting of her childhood friend Khalil at the hands of a police officer. The movie was based on Tupac Shakur lyrics. From his mantra “T.H.U.G. L.I.F.E.” meaning: “The hate you gave little infants f**k everybody.” What you feed them as seeds, grow them will soon blow up in your face. What society give the kids while they’re little will bite the butt later in life. The Beginning Kids should be playing outside living life, but the Carter kids didn’t. instead of playing outside like regular kids they are being taught their rights by their father just in case if something was to ever happen to them. People would think this wrong they shouldn’t be worrying about the police. But Minority who are middle class and lower class must deal with police brutality and shooting everyday so of course they want their kids survive.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
