By Day 3Posta description of the case you selected. Then, describe factors that might have influenced pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamics processes of the patient from the case you selected. Finally, explain details of the personalized plan of care that you would develop based on influencing factors and patient history in your case.Discussion Post (Week 1)It is imperative to understand the pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamics process to determine what type of medications to prescribe based on what is best for the patient based on individual aspects. The medications prescribed are patient focused and the advanced practiced registered nurse must understand the disease process based on the individual and treatment options. It is also vital to determine the effects and outcomes of a specific drug in the body and the outcome of the body on the drug. Pharmacokinetics is the process that the drug is absorbed, metabolized, distributed, and excreted through the body, and pharmacodynamics involves the initiate of the therapeutic or toxic levels at the cellular and systemic level (Arcangelo, Peterson, Wilbur, & Reinhold, 2017).
