Rhythm Alright so here we are with rhythm and rhythm is that element of music that helps to express human emotions. The power of rhythm is present in every aspect of our lives. So just as the way that we do things, the way that we walk, the way that we dance. Rhythm is an element that is not only unique to music. other artists need rhythm as well. dancers and poets, they need to have a great sense of rhythm and flow. without that element a dance routine would look stiff and unnatural and a poem would read as insincere and tedious. From a practical point that's exactly what it is, rhythm is the musical execution of sounds and silences within a measured time frame. By combining sounds and silences we create different rhythm patterns.
