Modelling Approach After understanding the traditional approaches used for the current system, the object- oriented approach foe design was opted because tis approach mainly focus on the structure of the information system where the system is divided into modules that integrates both the data and the processes. Object oriented approach is used because of they can be reused, extended as well as they are too easy to maintain. (Shin, Kang & Park, 1998) Compared to the traditional approach, in object-oriented approach the system is considered as a set of objects. This improves the quality of the system through the analysis and design phase, since this process is reusable. During the analysis phase, the gap between the problems in the system and the solution for them cab be reduced using the object-oriented approach. (Munassar & Govardhan 2011) The main benefits of using object-oriented approach are as follows: The changes in the system can be performed at minimal cost.
