The beverage is carbonated, alcohol-free and caffeine-free. This soft drink is hoping to appeal to millennials who enjoy sparkling low calorie beverages. Recess is headquartered in New York City and made in the Hudson Valley. My Opinion: When I first read the article I thought the product was a joke. Recess seems too trendy for long term success.
