Hiring Analysis 2 With the incident “Illegal Hiring”, this sheds a little light on what could possibly be happening across the world. Regardless of the type of organization, if there aren’t certain standards and guidelines set in place, there would be multiple incidents where such actions are taking place. I can relate this situation with the scandal regarding wealthy parents that bribed universities to enroll their children, regardless of what the actual enrollment process required. It is likely that these students would have otherwise been denied or have been denied, forcing their parents to choose other methods. HR should have intervened with the bank’s leadership, implying that they cease such actions for the welfare of the business. They should have been up to date and current on the guidelines detailed in the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and educated the leaders of the bank that the actions they were taking, places the business in danger of violating the FCPA. They should have stressed that hiring practices should be done with integrity to the company, giving everyone the fair opportunity in the chances of becoming an intern with the company.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
