David Wilson Case 4 Judge’s Order The parties involved in this case is the mother, the judge, the 5-year-old child and the father. While dissecting this case, I do believe the judge’s order for the mother to stop smoking around her 5- year-old child is a moral consideration. In this case, a moral decision is based on what the judge believed is right or wrong as it relates to the shared responsibilities of the parents. In this substance, the father has valid concerns as to how second-hand smoking can harm the health of their child. One thing that wasn’t mentioned in the case was, maybe the child has had an asthma attack due to second hand smoke and the child may have been hospitalized. Morally anytime a couple is going through a custody battle, it’s in the best interest of the judge to assure the child will not suffer by any means. The morally concern is the judge believes that
