General comments:
10/5/2018 - This well-organized submission presents a valid recommendation to implement a six-week Wednesday journal
club for nurses to receive education on genetics and genomics. Five scholarly sources are reviewed and accurately ranked and
an informative evidence summary is provided. A legitimate discussion of how to apply the ACE Star Model to the
implementation process is provided and thoughtful discussions of potential barriers and ethical implications are presented. It
is not clear that the nursing practice explained in the submission and the roles of the stakeholders are specific to a distinct
organization as the discussion is general in nature rather than specific to an organization, clinic or unit. The explanations of
the nursing practice and why it needs to be changed, as well as the identification of stakeholders and their roles in
supporting the recommended change in practice need further development and specificity related to a distinct organization,
clinic, or unit.
