ACADEMIC AND PROFESSIONAL SUCCESS PLAN 2 NETWORK MEMBER 1 Name: D’Lynn Rogers, MSN, RN Title: Manager of Labor and Delivery/Nursery Organization: Dodge County Hospital Academic or Professional: Professional Why I selected this individual and team and how they will support my success in the MSN program and as a practicing nurse: D'Lynn is not only the manager of the unit I work at but is also an excellent teacher and mentor. She graduated last year with a master's in nursing education. We have worked together for several years, and she is one of the hardest working nurses I have ever met. D'Lynn has always encouraged me to pursue my dream of becoming a family nurse practitioner and has offered guidance while I worked on obtaining a BSN. She has facilitated many significant changes for our small labor and delivery unit over the last few years. D'Lynn is a nurse that I admire and respect. Notes: NETWORK MEMBER 2 Name: Sandra Campbell, RN Title: Chief Nursing Officer Organization: Dodge County Hospital
