There are four types of advance directives listed in your text. Please list and describe them. DNR Order means a Do Not Resuscitate order that informs healthcare to take extreme measures to save a patient. Living Will is a legal document which that a patient wants to be placed on life support. Power of Attorney and Healthcare Proxy is a written document that legally allows someone to make decisions on the patient’s behalf. Uniform Anatomical Gift Act allows you to donate a part or parts of your body after death (18 years or older) for donations or transferring into another person. Identify the type of advance directive Terri Schiavo could have used to avoid the legal battles surrounding the end of her life.
