CASE STUDY OF NATALEE WILLIAMS 2The diagnosis I would give NataleeThe psychological testing and evaluation diagnosis involve a clinician giving a series of standardized written tests in form of questionnaires for the patient to share her feelings, thoughts,and behavior and symptoms patterns (Orgeta & et al., 2015). The structured clinical test questions are often based on the nature, severity, and duration of symptoms. In addition to this, the clinician can opt to interview a close family member or friend regarding the patient’s behavior and condition. Upon which the tests and interview data is then used by the Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to write an overall evaluation report to determine a medication and treatment plan (Gluckman, 2017).Thus, the psychological testing and evaluation is the diagnosis I would give Natalee because this diagnosis is in line with her emotional and behavioral changes that are accompaniedby physical changes.
