Based on the operations typical use pattern, the pumping system operates as follows: 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. Off 7 a.m to 12 noon Runs 35% of maximum flow 12 noon. to 5:00 p.m. Runs 65% of maximum flow 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Runs 100% of maximum flow rate The operation runs 5 days/week, 50 weeks per year. The electric rate is $0.05/kWh and a demand charge of $6/kW applies. An ASD with a 50,000 hour life can be purchased and installed for $5000.00.
