TEACHER INTERVIEW 2 I. OPENING A. Greeting: Interview conducted in the office of Dr. Chavez in the ________ High School building. The interview was conducted on the past Monday morning. As soon as I arrived at his office, I knocked on the door; Dr. Chavez opened the door and we introduced to each other while we were warmly shaking hands. “Good morning, my name is _________ and you must be Dr. Chavez,” “Good morning Ms.__________, please come in”. He invited me to enter his office. B. Small Talk: When I entered his office we were walking towards the location the interview would take place (desk). At the same time, I asked him about the weather. “Today’s weather is fantastic”, “Yeah, I really like when it’s cloudy”, “It’s very impressive how the climate radically changes in the Valley, isn’t it?”, “I agree with you, the weather is very unpredictable, it’s constantly changing.” We arrived at his desk. C. Reason for Interview: Dr. Chavez asked me to take a seat. Once we were in our destined places, I explained the reason why we were having an interview. “You may be wondering why I am asking this interview. I want a degree in education, and I know you have dedicated a lot of years being a teacher. The information I will obtain from this interview would guide me to know if this career, in which I’m interested, suits me and from this way, I will know if this is really what I want to dedicate my life.”

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
