Gonzalez 1 =Elizabeth Gonzalez English 1A Professor Apigo November 13,2017 Meat Industries Have you ever wondered how exactly the meat is processed ? Do you ever wonder if the meat you eat is properly sanitized ? Throughout many years, people in the United States have had the mindset of buying any fast food meals because they either can't cook, or don't have the time too. So a quick meal is always the way to go in America. Quick meals in America is fast food restaurants , any quick meal that is made in less than 30 minutes. Which can be Mcdonalds, Burger King, KFC, Pollo Loco, etc.) The United States is one of the top countries that have had a high rate of obesity and health problems. After doing research i've learned that many Americans that are obese, are unhealthy and end up blaming the meat productions for their unhealthy diet. But what they don’t blame is themselves for trying to eat something healthy or not too greasy. In reality, meat productions are doing their job and it's the people's fault. By that being said, many people don't know what they're getting themselves into and those people are the ones who want to “live in a better world”. Many farm animals all over the world have been treated very cruel and brutal by many meat industries. One of the top documentary that has given out valuable information but hasn't got viral yet is “Super Size Me”. Super Size Me is one of the most given out information about meat industries and what does fast food cause for those who eat it often. The amount of protection for this documentary is insane. Due to many farm killing, these unharmed animals are starting to get extinct and are being treated like you won't imagine. The

People should take in counter of this and actually be worried about what they eat on the daily, then rather than worry about other laws that are less important. And make a change on how they process many meats and how they treat them. Doing my research, in my opinion , the government is hiding the fact of how meat industries are treating these innocent animals and that's why many don't know how meat is being processed. Those who do know about animals being treated cruel, those have failed society in knowing what kind of mistreated food they are eating. Meat Industries in America are economically paid good. Although the business is economically wealthy , they do keep it that way from many ads like billboards, social media, newspaper, television and etc.) By that being said, meat industries advertising is one of the top ranks in the United States. Advertising has been one of the top arguments any company can have. The more advertising many companies do , the more people will buy. Many people focus on the good quality. “Harvard Business School Associate Professor”says “attention economics, treats human attention as a scarce commodity because a person only has so much of it … the more information that is available, the more expensive attention becomes”. Although, catching
