IntroductionCultural Intelligence represents qualitatively different aspects of the overall capability to function and manage effectively in culturally diverse settings.1Intercultural communications and intelligences, amongst Americans, have become a large factor in the limitations of cultural differences that have spread throughout the United States of America. From the Old Testament we know that God created man to not just be fruitful and multiple while having dominion of everything on the earth; but to worship and glorify Him.2 Christians must remember that God is thoroughly determined to gather His own people and set them apart3; God’s promise is merciful and unfolds throughout the Old Testament4into the New Testament. God always had direct communication with the people He selected to be the leaders to grow His people. Throughout the Old Testament we see this through the call of Abraham, Moses, Joshua, or the call of the judges of Israel.5 Each person had an important task that God assigned them to accomplish which ultimately spread God’s mighty name throughout the nations. This very same communication tactic (audible manner) that God used since the beginning of creation is still how Christians plant churches in unreached people groups. Understanding the importance of planting churches through the lenses of God brings His people back to Him; it is apparent that churches be planted cross-culturally.
