Different levels of analysis form a biopsychosocial approach, which integrates biological, psychological, and social-cultural factors. Psychologists examine behavior and mental process from many different perspectives such as neuroscience, evolutionary, behavior genetics, psychodynamic, behavioral, cognitive, and social-cultural. Chapter 2 The Biology of Behavior Identify 4 lobes of cerebral cortex, and explain their importance to the human brain The 4 lobes of cerebral cortex are the frontal, parietal, temporal, and occipital lobes. Each one has their own importance to the brain. Which I’ll mention below: Frontal Lobe : is located behind the forehead and is associated with motor skills, expressive language, higher-level cognition, etc. The motor cortex which lies behind the frontal lobe receives information that causes movements on the opposite side of the body.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
