Group Consensus Report Group projects are relatively normal for me after my time spent at Liberty as well as in my career. First, at Liberty I have come to expect my group members to be very on top of their assignments (such as completing assignments days ahead of schedule). The proactiveness is one that I am very fortunate to have experienced since it gives us time to compile our respective additions to the group project as well as to make sure that all of the required points are addressed. Second, at my job group work is a necessity to make sure accounts are handled correctly. Since we deal with hundreds of individual accounts we have to collaborate with one another in order to make sure that we have all the important information available to us before calling the account. My personality type is laid back but also very driven. I understand how that can sound like contradictory but it basically means that I try to do everything with no stress while also challenging my limits. Work and school-wise I do not have many annoyances as it leads to stress which in turn lowers your quality of life. However, there are instances where stress is unavoidable.
