FORUM 2 – REPLY 2 2 According to Hakimi, Zahraee, and Mohd Rohani (2018), six sigma also targets 3.4 defects per million. Also, according to Hakimi et al. (2018), the prioritization of six sigma projects in accordance to the organization’s business strategic policies and voice of customer. These items are just as important as the DMAIC process and organizations should look at the complete six sigma process. According to Nave (2002), there are 5 steps to both Six Sigma, Lean Thinking, Theory of Constraints. Program Six Sigma Lean Thinking Theory of constraints Theory Reduce variation Remove waste Manage constraints Application Guidelines Define Measure Analyze Improve Control Identify value Identify value stream Flow Pull Perfection Identify constraint Exploit constraint
