How did you get where you are professionally? Education? Experience? To be an Analyst II for our company’s Medicare project, you must have a B.S. in a business or health – related field, project experience, as well as research experience. I have a B.S. in Health Education and 4 years of experience as a Claims Specialist, where I research special projects for our team. What jobs helped prepare you for your current job? My previous position as a Claims Specialist; I was given the opportunity to research special projects as well as learn how benefits and pricing methods are applied to claims. I was also a Project Lead on a project at one point. Describe a typical day/week/month in your position. Most of my day is spent responding to ad-hoc issues we receive in our multiple mailboxes, monitoring our processed claims, and listening to calls taken by our Customer Service agents. My other tasks are Project manager for our member documents that we have to mail out in September.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
