AUTHORIZATION 2 Authorization The authorization starts its operation when it is signed, then after that initial act, it is put together with the rest of the authorization cards that have been passed out to the company and the employees that are involved. There are protocols that are adhered to, by the facts that the total population in the workplace is needed to sign the card. But the fact is that not all will be in a position to sign, as long as a total of 30% of the entire employee’s population signs the card then the company can call for the elections. This served as a platform for the union to be able to be recognized by the employees in the firm. However, there are cases when the union times want the laws to be changed.
