Capitalize- take the chance to gain advantage from. Answer the following questions: 3. When and how do you abbreviate? Abbreviations are commonly used to save time and space. The way you use abbreviate is when your taking notes so that they won't have to take up the whole space. For example a lot of kids I know that are on probation say “My P.o is here” meaning their Probation Officer isn't there. Abbreviating is a way to make things shorter, but people can misunderstanding because it can meaning a lot of things for short. As I am a person who takes notes myself I usually write with abbreviation words to have less writing,but when I pass my notes to my friends most of the time they ask me “what does this say”. 4. When do you use figures and when do you write the number (2 or two)? As reading the book for this class it is said that writing numbers under ten is best. The
