1.Trust-59, Alturism-67, Warmth-2.79 and vigilance-1.7 I agree with the scores in above mentioned dimensions as I have experienced this while participating in various team sports, where if you do not trust your teammate and do not perform as a team on the field, you may end up on the losing side of the game, as an athlete, especially playing a team sport must be ready to help other teammate and trust should be the basic instinct. High scores (than the batch average) on trust and Altruism dimension and low score (than the batch average) on the vigilance dimension indicate that I would be able to perform better and be at ease while working in teams at a firm, this will be handy in persuasive style of management, whereas a manager I would be able to give autonomy to experienced manager and would be able to guide and help subordinates with less experience and can also act as a mentor to subordinate if and when required. High scores on warmth validate the above-mentioned points at it indicates that I generally like people, I am outgoing and will be ready to help others, participative and attentive to others. 2.Cooperation-53, Agreeableness-67, Sympathy-76, Sensitivity-2.7 and self- consciousness-95 All the above scores are higher as compared to the batch average, and I completely agree with this scores, as there is a famous saying “All stress, anxiety, depression is caused when we ignore who we are and start living to please others”, and high scores on anxiety, depression, agreeableness, support this saying. A high score on cooperation indicates that I dislike confrontation, which was the case in our last Semester FSA group project and hence was not able to get desired results from certain team members. High scores on agreeableness is a partial result of high scores on self-consciousness that combined with high scores on sympathy and sensitivity and the low score on emotional stability indicates my major decision making and action orientation is affected by how others will perceive those actions and my emotions and feelings.
