Introduction Health and wellbeing of the individuals belonging to any community has largely being the most important concern of the government of any place. It is essential to strategize and implement various new strategies for improving the health conditions of several individuals living in the different communities. Public health constitutes an essential component of the health and social care. Public health focuses on promoting, prolonging and protecting the health of the general public of the community as well as the society, at large. Public health focuses on improving the lives of the individuals and families belonging to the different communities and societies, both locally as well as globally. In the following reports, the roles of various agencies in the identification of diseases and health conditions of the individuals belonging to the communities have been discussed. The report also consists of discussion about the various strategies and approaches regarding the different measures utilised to monitor and control the increase in incidences of diseases in the communities. The different factors that impact the wellbeing and health of the people in the settings of health and social care have been discussed as well.
