I do cardio about once a week and stretch once to no times a week. My current fitness routine is in desperate need of adding a better cardio and stretching component.
FITNESS ASSESSMENT AND PRESCRIPTION2My weekly cardiorespiratory fitness plan consists of three separate days of cardiorespiratory activity. I struggle as it is to get my cardio in throughout my week but now ow that the weather is cooling down where I live, I plan to do some cardio outside. My cardiorespiratory endurance plan will include: F (Frequency)-3 days per week, I (Intensity)-60% heart rate, T (Time) – 40 minutes per day and T (Type)-Jogging, hiking, stair climber, rowing.For my muscular strength plan, I have put together what I currently do at the gym.
