We will work on the importance of food and nutrition. We will have a small overview and use to help with the understanding of healthy nutrition for children and families. We then will spend the next few days learning to make a Breakfast, Lunch, and Snack with the children and making a cookbook the last day of the workshop that you get to take home with a couple of other fun cookbooks of kids. Come and have some fun and learn new things and ask questions you may have.

I cannot even describe how much Course Hero helped me this summer. It’s truly become something I can always rely on and help me. In the end, I was not only able to survive summer classes, but I was able to thrive thanks to Course Hero.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
