Tanner Rodarmel NSCI 11010/20/2018“The Origins of Life” – AIG My first reaction to “The Origins of Life” article (-life/origin-of-life-chance-events) on the Answers in Genesis website is that it is very scientificand informative. In other words, it does not just quote parts of Scripture. Rather, it uses veryvalid scientific information and evidence to disprove evolution. There were two discoveriesmentioned in the article that buck heads with Darwinism. These two findings were discoveredby Louis Pasteur and Francesco Redi. We will look at each discovery individually throughoutthis lab. The first discovery was by Francesco Redi. In 1650, He realized that maggots only cancome from other living, breathing flies. In other words, it takes life to produce life. Life onlycomes from life, not death or non-life. A similar finding was discovered by Louis Pasteur in1864. He found that bacteria only come from other bacteria that are alive. Once again, thisproves the point stated above. Death can never produce or create life. Only life can bring about
