Discuss in 50 to 80 words. - One can be measured immediately is the storage handling of hazardous materials. Proper monitoring can save employees in the workplace. The usage of basic checklist form can eliminate this kind of problem. Every inbound and outbound of hazardous must be checked properly if there is leak in the container or spill in the ground. ACTIVITY 4 1. Identify four hazardous substances that might be found in the workplace. (Use the information on the label and/or the SDS to ascertain their hazardous nature.) Identify the risk phrases and record them in the space provided, together with the meaning of the phrases. Safety Data Sheets are available from the manufacturer, usually on their website, or from the point of sale.
