FINAL PRESENTATION FORMAT and REQUIREMENTS
Final Presentation Goal:
To analyze the use of management and organizational behavior
concepts within an organization and evaluate their impact on organizational success.
Who:
You may complete this project individually or you may collaborate with up to 2
teammates. Since this is a management class, and working with people is a critical skill,
collaborating on a team will be preferred.
Steps:
•
Choose a medium to large for-profit organization. If your team has questions about your
choice, please see your instructor.
•
Conduct secondary and/or primary research on the organization.
o
Class visits will be held with the CSCC Research Librarians for source suggestions.
•
Determine minimum of four course content areas each from a different learning unit
where your team has enough information to apply course concepts and terminology to
company examples.
o
See topic suggestions on last page.
▪
Note:
Some information is difficult to access from secondary research.
It
may help if your team interviews a company employee, or if a student on
your team is employed by the organization.
•
Based on your research create a team presentation covering the four content areas,
tying in course terminology and drawing conclusions regarding the organization’s
success.
