1. Describe the top tech strategy – what is the process behind the strategy? Social Software develops and constructs social environment for users on the internet. It is an easy and inexpensive way for people around the world to communicate with one another. Podcasts, Facebook, Myspace, YouTube, and blogs are all examples of social software that are currently very popular among people using and communicating on the internet. This software allows people to upload images, videos, and data onto the site which makes for easy sharing. Many users create their own communities also called "online communities" where they can find other users with the same information. One common example of this is on the popular site Facebook; all users are divided into different social networks where they are grouped with other people who live in the same city or go to the same school. When the site first started, only people who had a college email account could join the network. Now, Facebook has expanded their social networks so anyone that has a working email account can join.
