The police and church authority reported that Urbanski refused to leave and continued to disturb the event with uncontrolled noise. Although he was arrested and held for criminal trespassing, Urbanski could most likely be charged with disrupting a meeting or procession according to the Texas penal laws. This is listed under tittle 9. (Offense against public order and decency), chapter 42. (disorderly conduct and related offenses) of Texas Penal Code; Sec.A42.05. DISRUPTING MEETING OR PROCESSION.
