SOLUTION IMPLEMENTATION PROPOSAL4AbstractThe company in question is affected by an organization problem. The organizational problem which is facing the company is the lack of effective time management skills among its workforce. The consequence of this problem is that the company has to lose approximately505 ofits profit. The organizational problem has also affected a number of other stakeholders including the shareholders, the customers, the employees, and the top-level managers. In an attempt to address this problem, there are various root causes to the problem which have been identified. The root causes which have been identified include an unhealthy organizational culture, the lack of effective communication channels and systems, and ineffective leadership styles. The proposed solutions to solve the problem include changing the organizational culture as well as implementing training programs. In order to implement the proposed solution simulations will have to be used as well as a teaching pedagogy which favors adult learners so as to increase the success of the proposed solutions. There will also be qualitative and quantitative means of gauging the success which is experienced by the company
SOLUTION IMPLEMENTATION PROPOSAL5Solution Implementation proposal: Towards a Healthy Organizational CulturePurpose StatementThe purpose of this business statement is so as to clearly identify the different components and perspectives of the organizational problem affecting the company especially in reference to the stakeholders of the company. The business statement also identifies relevant information based on insightful research so as to identify the different approaches that have in the past been used by different companies to address the problem of poor time management. The aim is to identify suitable approaches which can be used to solve the problem of poor time management within the organization[ CITATION Wor15 \l 1033 ]. Apart from identifying solutions, this business proposal also identifies the implementation process as well as the benefitsthat will be enjoyed by the different stakeholders.
