MUNM 3613: 300/301/302 SPRING 2018 EXAM 1 STUDY GUIDE EXAM DATES: FEBRUARY 26-28 FORMAT Listening w/ 4 excerpts (see specifics under each week below). You should (also) be able to recognize/identify each track (no need to memorize titles such as “Mabruk alayk” or track numbers), but you should be able to indicate genres/types (e.g., azan, zaffa song, saidi song, etc). Matching with pairs (similar to the matching you’ve done in the quizzes; some of the matchings will be taken directly from older quizzes); Multiple choice questions (some will be new and some will be taken from older quizzes). 4 Terms/Concepts to identify: Be prepared to write four to five sentences for each term (identify, discuss essential info).
