1.) The difference between morals and ethics? A lot of people believe that morals and ethics are the same, but when you think about it, ethics is something written by an outside source, governing laws would be a form of ethics. As where morals are something that comes from inside the person, it shows that a person knows the difference between right and wrong without being told what to do. It comes from within. Ethics would be going to a store and not stealing something because you know that the law says if you get caught stealing you’re going to be charged with a misdemeanor or even worse a felony. Morals would be going to the store and grabbing something and thinking about stealing it, but you put it back because you know you’re going to get into trouble and have a record ruining your life. Morally mentally know that stealing is wrong and ethically you are being told that stealing is wrong and if caught your will be charged with an offense.
