In the recent past, HRM has gained increased popularity, and it has won the attention of many people and firms at a global level, particularly in the health care systems. Human resources vital principle input in the health care system just like consumer resources and physicalcapital. From a health care /health center perspective, individuals whose tasks include working asclinical and non-clinical staff, the performance of public and individual health interventions are all regarded as human resources. The skills, experience, and degree of knowledge that such human resources are in possession of much reflect the benefits that they can bring into the healthcare field as well as the efficiency in the performance of the healthcare system (World Health Organization, 2015). Appropriate mixand collaboration between the health promoters and the caregivers are mandatory for surety of the healthcare systems performance. This is because Human Resource Management activities arehandled from a physical capital perspective. Research has revealed that the cost of the prosthesis,drugs, disposals equipment, and healthcare consumables is rapidly increasing. This has in turn drastically increased the cost of healthcare. The overall increase in the price of healthcare has posed a more significant challenge in hiring, maintenance, and retention of the appropriate practitioners who can deliver quality services to patients. The popularity of HRM has been contributed by their great need to address this issue.
