The Legal and law environment
of business is a major role in shaping and making
decisions for business leaders. Understanding the law helps to avoid legal issues and have a
successful competitive advantage. All organizations consist of internal and external
business environment procedures with a conjunction of state laws that govern the operation
and conducts as a whole. The internal organization is the inner consistency of the business
like supplies, computers, workers and materials. External environment are things that affect
the business on the outside which consist of competition, laws enforced by the government,
shareholders, clients, policies and social life. This would be considered micro and macro
environment.
Business laws are a great safe guard to manage and to deal with conflict that arises.
Business must be regulated through laws for example environmental law, constitutional
law, International business transactions and criminal law.
