Experiment 8: Frequency Modulation Date Conducted : February 1, 2019 Date Submitted : February 1, 2019 Group Member : (1)Calagui (2) Espiritu (3) Gabiosa (4) Mendoza (5) Tan Objective: The activity aims to generate FM signals using TIMS modeling equipment Intended Learning Outcomes: The student shall be able to: 1. generate an FM signal 2. understand the modulator sensitivity and linear range of operation 3. examine the factors affecting the shape of the spectrum and bandwidth of FM Results Needed: 1. With the variable DC on its minimum value, set the GAIN control (sensitivity) of the VCO to about 60% (make sure that you do not overload the VCO, the LED should not light up). Redo step 5 and tabulate the result also. As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
