Introduction A four-storey hospital structure with 96x60 dimensions is to be erected at Jonesboro; AR. Structure’s plan view is displayed below. The height for the first and second floor stands at 14ft and 12ft, respectively. Both the roof and floors are 6 inches and 7inches thick in that order. The measurement of the girders is 40x20 inches, all created from reinforced concrete. The patients are housed in first and second floors whereas the operating rooms and laboratories are accommodated on the third floor. The roof’s snow load is 10psf. The ceilings are made from gypsum plaster and metal lath. The waterproofing membrane is applied in roof cover while ceramic tiles (0.5 inches) are used for the finishing of the floor.
