Aren’t all the behavior/ decisions that a corporation may make real? The term actual makes it seems as though the behavior is not real. I would have to agree with your statement of corporate citizenship being an essential part of any corporation big or small. The text states that corporate social responsibility (CSR) is a corporation acting in a way that enhances society and its inhabitants and be held accountable (Lawrence & Weber, 2017, p. 49). This definition is important to note because of the world we live in today. In today’s world globalization is a real thing. A corporation no longer does business in the US but also overseas by outsourcing jobs and creating factories. When thinking about CSR it is important to consider the standards in which employees are working or which employees you are highering.
