As a result of a rapid growing and advancing medical field and increase in the number of healthcare specialists, the organization has realize the very importance of pioneering in spearheading the field by becoming the regions fully integrated healthcare system. The main objective of THS is the provision of a wide array of both in- and outpatient services for the surrounding communities at pocket friendly rates and yet of high quality. The reimbursement sector is constantly changing and being a reputable organization, the payment system is projectedto be directly link the quality of service with the quantity. Having a horizontal integrated platform implemented will assist in widening the scope of services offered by the same management level through important and necessary merges including other business associated acquisitions. Through a vertical integration, THS will be able to enhance it efficiency since it would have he capacity to manage global capitation, create bigger participant pools that minimize any risks, develop proper regulations and provide a continuous level of care (Miller and Sim, 2004).The healthcare industry has become a multidisciplinary realm which comprise of many professions and requiring the knowledge and skill set across a wide range of specialties; all of which have to be able to effectively communicate with each other, coordinate with one another toresolve health issues and deliver a comprehensive care to the communities. Operating as a single team is very significant within the healthcare industry because the population served encounter diverse of problems with new health conditions emerging each day. All this transpires within a workforce which is shrinking each day in comparison to the need of the patients. A successful team will be able to resolve any problem presented in an proficient manner and develop a

Thus the new information technology system that THS intends to implement will be able to utilize the Electronic Medical Records (EMRs). In order to see this to fruition, this analysis provides a strategic proposal highlighting the team members and the approach through which the electronic medical records will be implemented. The goal is creating a robust team which will be based on their previous experiences to bring out the set of key principles in addition to necessary values which are required to have an effective team (Evans, 2016).
