The mission statement of Long Goose Airlines is “To provide exceptional service by using simple procedures, ensuring a stress-free travel experience for all”. Long Goose will operate as a hybrid air carrier, using both low-cost airline and full-service carrier qualities. These qualities will put the airline a step above low-cost airlines, competing forcustomers from low-cost airlines and full-service airlines. As long as Long Goose is efficient in their operations, the airline will continue to grow.Airline Fare StructureLong Goose strives to provide a low-cost service while maintaining some full-service airline qualities. There are many factors that our airline uses to determine our fares. Examples include the base fare, taxes and airport fees, fuel surcharge, service fee, food, seat selection, and baggage fees (Schlick, 2013). Additionally, supply and demand will impact these prices.
