As a corporate institution we must “keep up” with the technological waves or be left behind because digital innovations has outpaced our momentum to stay current. In the new times where millennials are tech savvy and online shopping is ramping up, we must revamp our business approach. This is the new age of online shopping and millennials and older generations alike, are purchasing electronics, furniture, and even vehicles online. The use of online stores provides buyers with a vast variety of products and brands, while allowing them to avoid the traffic and purchase from the comfort of their own homes. In modern times where time at work is elongated, family time is treasured, and time efficiency is highly ranked in priorities; online shopping has risen exponentially. The need to spend time efficiently and be capable of purchasing all your items without having to manually visit the store to buy has increased.
