To maintain a healthy body, one must make sure to keep themselves clean as much as possible. If not, bad bacteria will begin to grow and other complications will start to develop as well. Showering dailyis one step to a healthy life. Without taking showers, the body can spread bacteria that could cause someone to get infected or sick. Another important part of being healthy is eating the right foods so the body gets the nutrients it needs. The more junk food a person eats, the more the body struggles to find good nutrients. Junk food is not good for the teeth. When someone eats hard candy, the teeth can be broken easier than if one were to eat a healthy food such as a salad. Brushing and flossing one’s own teeth daily is another essential part of good health and hygiene. Without brushing and flossing, cavities begin to show up, teeth can rot out, and many other complications show up. Having good dental hygiene is one of the most important assets of life because it shows that if the teeth are healthy, the body will be healthy as well.
