2 `Two goals for addressing this problem is as follows. Goal #1- Create printed and online material for visually impaired clients who utilizes Braille text and devices. Also, create an interactive video for clients with hearing impairments. Goal #2- Increase the number of clients with vision and hearing impairments accessibility to information regarding services offered by 10%. III. Audience According to the latest census report there are a total of 10.7% residents in the area that have some form of disability (United States Census Bureau, n.d.). This statistic supports a special communication need for disabled residents, especially those with vision and hearing impairments that need access to the services that are provided by CACS. The audience for communicating this need are CACS employees and management team. IV. Communication Strategy Currently, CACS uses verbal and written communication strategies to communicate their services to the public. Verbal communication utilizes words in delivering a massage in the form of oral or written communication (Bright Hub Project Management, n.d.). To effectively communicate to disabled clients CACS should utilize a mix of a verbal and visual communication strategy. Visual communication consists of the use of signs,
