Facts: A man and his wife attended a Pittsburgh Steelers football game, for which they had season tickets for. The man saw the ball coming his way, after it was catapulted into the stands, and stood in front of his seat with his arms extended. He suffered numerous injuries from the attack by aggressive fans that stripped him from the souvenir ball. He suffered facial lacerations, a sprained shoulder and arm, resulting in extensive physical therapy, and a broken nose that required surgery. Prior to this incident, the couple and other patrons seated in the end zone section of the stadium lodged complaints with the stadium’s Guest Relations Office and security
