1 Running Head: LEADERSHIP 2.0 REFLECTION Introduction “As a leader, it’s a major responsibility on your shoulders to practice the behavior you want others to follow,” spoken by Himanshu Bhatia, founder of Rose International. If you were to ask your peers, family, colleagues, strangers or friends on what it takes to be a great leader, you’ll likely receive hundreds if not thousands of different answers. The Leadership 2.0 assessment analyzes leadership skills based upon past behaviors. It takes 75 behavioral impact statements under one of 22 leadership skills determined to be critical for leadership success. The 22 leadership skills make up seven different skill groups. Three of these skill groups are considered the bases of leader performance, or Core Leadership. The other four skill groups, or Adaptive Leadership, take a leader's personal and organizational performance to the next level. In the core leadership section, I scored the highest in results at 5.33. I interpret this result to mean that I am very goal-oriented and results-driven. I would agree with this finding in that I
